Terms of use

Effective October 13, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Fan Transition. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

Service description

fantransition.netは独立したAI動画ツールです。TikTok、Instagram、CapCut、またはトレンドのクリエイターとは一切関係なく、推薦・協賛も受けていません。動画はアップロードした写真からAIで生成されます。自分自身、同意済みの成人、または所有するキャラクターの写真のみアップロードしてください。

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Fan Transitionは自動動画処理を販売しています。各リクエストは60クレジットで、アップロードした写真1枚と選択したスタイルパックまたはコーデ記述から15秒・4着コーデの縦型MP4を生成します。購入は買い切りパックで、自動更新はありません。クレジットは本サイトでの使用専用であり、クリエイターへの報酬やチップではありません。

対象の買い切りクレジットパックで暗号通貨チェックアウトが利用可能です。暗号通貨購入はサブスクリプションの作成や自動更新を行いません。利用可能なコインとネットワークは決済金額によって異なります。決済プロバイダーが全額入金を確認した後、購入クレジットが追加されます。

各リクエストは送信前に表示されるクレジットを使用します。金額は選択したモデル、設定、その他の課金対象入力に基づきます。特に記載がない限り価格はUSD表示で、税金が加算される場合があります。 購入はすべて買い切りパックで、自動更新はありません。 Cryptocurrency payments are one-time and never renew. Purchased credits roll over and remain available while the account stays active. Credit grants, promotional credits and plan features may change prospectively.

When you choose Waffo at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes and its own buyer refund review. You authorize recurring charges at the displayed amount and interval when you choose a subscription. Cancel future Waffo renewals in your account under Waffo subscriptions; cancellation preserves the paid period and unused purchased credits.

Waffo Pancake or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) processes payments, depending on the method you choose at checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method. Credits are returned to your balance for requests that definitely did not start or provider-confirmed terminal failures; uncertain provider outcomes remain held for reconciliation. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked at checkout to agree that supply starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it does.

AI model and your photo

Fan TransitionはAPIMart経由のNano Banana Pro（Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview、モデルID gemini-3-pro-image-preview）で4着コーデの参照画像を描き、次にfal経由のKling O3 Standard参照動画変換で動画を生成します。まずあなたの写真でスタイルパックまたは記述した4着のコーデを描画し、固定のファンカメラテンプレート動画が部屋・カメラ・羽根・タイミングを決め、あなたの写真の人物がパフォーマーに入れ替わります。生成結果は毎回異なります。本サービスは独立したサービスであり、Kling公式製品ではなく、TikTok、Instagramまたはトレンドの発案者とも提携・推奨関係にありません。

生成前に、写真があなた本人、AI生成動画への出演に同意した成人、またはあなたが権利を持つオリジナルキャラクターであり、子ども、有名人、スポーツ選手、政治家その他の公人ではないことを確認する必要があります。他人や同意していない人の写真はアップロードしないでください。ヌードや性的なポーズの写真は禁止です。

結果を使って他人になりすます、嫌がらせ・侮辱・性的に扱う、またはAI生成動画を実際の映像として提示することは禁止です。公開で共有する際はAI生成であることを表示してください。

Anyone who appears in a result without consent can ask us to remove it and restrict the responsible account. Email [email protected] or use コンテンツを報告; we review likeness and consent reports promptly and may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

  • 暴力と残虐表現： 露骨な傷害、切断、拷問、四肢切断、または現実世界の暴力を奨励・美化するコンテンツ。

コンテンツの審査方法

このスタジオは写真1枚とスタイルパックまたは4着のコーデ記述を受け付けます。固定のシーン指示が残りを処理し、動画のアップロードはできません。生成開始前に、コーデ記述を含む生成リクエストテキストをローカルの児童安全ルールと自動プロンプト審査で検査し、アップロード写真は自動露骨ヌード検出を通過します。ブロックまたは不確定の結果は処理されません。審査が利用できない場合、リクエストはクレジットを消費せず停止し、後で再試行できます。

露骨なヌード、暴力、残虐表現、ヘイト、なりすまし、同意に関する懸念、その他の不正使用の疑いは人間による審査のために報告できます。アップロードされたすべての写真や生成結果が手動で審査されるとは主張していません。

執行と異議申立て

認可された管理者が検査記録と報告を審査し、提供された情報を調査し、決定とその理由を記録します。証拠と重大性に応じて、リクエストの拒否または生成アクセスの停止を行う場合があります。報告だけでは他のユーザーが自動的に停止されることはありません。コンテンツ制限のあるアカウントは新しい生成リクエストを提出できませんが、請求、サブスクリプションのキャンセル、異議申立ては引き続き利用できます。異議申立ての審査後、アクセスを回復する場合があります。このプロセスにより購入済みクレジットが自動的に没収されたり、定期サブスクリプションがキャンセルされたりすることはありません。請求と返金は引き続き支払いおよび返金条件に従います。

問題を報告

利用 コンテンツを報告 ログインなしでご利用いただけます。カテゴリを選択し、該当リンクまたはリクエスト参照、何が起きたか、および任意の連絡先メールアドレスを提供してください。違法または露骨な素材をアップロードまたは再現しないでください。報告が保存されると受付番号が発行されます。異議申立ての場合は「審査決定への異議申立て」を選択し、関連する受付番号またはアカウント参照を含めてください。報告と審査結果は管理者限定キューに記録されます。

連絡先メールアドレスが提供された場合、写真や肖像の不正使用を含め、3営業日以内に最初の人間による回答を提供します。CSAM、NCII、または切迫した危害が疑われる報告は優先されます。調査により長い時間が必要な場合は、次のステップを説明し進捗を報告します。これは回答の約束であり、すべての調査がその期間内に完了することを保証するものではありません。

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.

Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.

Availability and changes

Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment, including a chargeback or payment dispute filed for a valid purchase; the account and its remaining balance may be suspended while a dispute is open. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
