Effective October 13, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Fan Transition. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

Service description

fantransition.net은 독립적인 AI 영상 도구입니다. TikTok, Instagram, CapCut 또는 트렌드 크리에이터와 제휴, 보증, 후원 관계가 없습니다. 영상은 업로드한 사진에서 AI로 생성됩니다. 본인 사진, 동의한 성인의 사진 또는 소유한 캐릭터만 업로드하세요.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Fan Transition은 자동 영상 처리를 판매합니다. 각 요청은 업로드한 사진 1장과 선택한 스타일 팩 또는 코디 설명으로 15초·4벌 코디의 세로 MP4를 생성하는 데 60크레딧이 소요됩니다. 구매는 1회성 팩이며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 크레딧은 이 사이트에서만 사용되며 크리에이터 지급금이나 팁이 아닙니다.

대상 1회성 크레딧 팩에 암호화폐 결제가 가능합니다. 암호화폐 구매는 구독 생성이나 자동 갱신을 하지 않습니다. 사용 가능한 코인과 네트워크는 결제 금액에 따라 다릅니다. 결제 제공업체가 전액 입금을 확인한 후 구매 크레딧이 추가됩니다.

각 요청은 제출 전 표시된 크레딧을 사용합니다. 금액은 선택한 모델, 설정 및 기타 과금 대상 입력에 따라 결정됩니다. 별도 표기가 없는 한 가격은 USD이며, 세금이 추가될 수 있습니다. 구매는 모두 1회성 팩이며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. Cryptocurrency payments are one-time and never renew. Purchased credits roll over and remain available while the account stays active. Credit grants, promotional credits and plan features may change prospectively.

When you choose Waffo at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes and its own buyer refund review. You authorize recurring charges at the displayed amount and interval when you choose a subscription. Cancel future Waffo renewals in your account under Waffo subscriptions; cancellation preserves the paid period and unused purchased credits.

Waffo Pancake or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) processes payments, depending on the method you choose at checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method. Credits are returned to your balance for requests that definitely did not start or provider-confirmed terminal failures; uncertain provider outcomes remain held for reconciliation. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked at checkout to agree that supply starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it does.

Fan Transition은 APIMart를 통해 Nano Banana Pro(Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview, 모델 ID gemini-3-pro-image-preview)로 4벌 코디 참조 이미지를 그린 뒤, fal을 통해 Kling O3 Standard 참조 영상 변환으로 영상을 생성합니다. 먼저 사진으로 스타일 팩 또는 작성한 코디 설명의 4벌을 그리고, 고정된 팬캠 템플릿 영상이 방, 카메라, 날개, 타이밍을 결정하며, 사진 속 인물이 퍼포머를 대체합니다. 생성 결과는 매번 다릅니다. 본 서비스는 독립 서비스이며 Kling 공식 제품이 아니고, TikTok, Instagram 또는 트렌드 창시자와 제휴하거나 그들의 승인을 받은 것이 아닙니다.

생성 전에, 사진이 본인, AI 생성 영상 출연에 동의한 성인, 또는 본인이 권리를 보유한 오리지널 캐릭터이며, 아동, 유명인, 운동선수, 정치인 또는 기타 공인이 아님을 확인해야 합니다. 타인이나 동의하지 않은 사람의 사진은 업로드하지 마세요. 누드 또는 성적인 포즈의 사진은 금지됩니다.

결과물을 사용하여 타인을 사칭하거나, 괴롭히거나, 수치심을 주거나, 성적으로 이용하거나, AI 생성 영상을 실제 촬영 영상으로 제시하지 마세요. 공개 공유 시 AI 생성임을 표시하세요.

Anyone who appears in a result without consent can ask us to remove it and restrict the responsible account. Email [email protected] or use 콘텐츠 신고; we review likeness and consent reports promptly and may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.

Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.

Availability and changes

Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment, including a chargeback or payment dispute filed for a valid purchase; the account and its remaining balance may be suspended while a dispute is open. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
